2 The Bioconductor Coding Style Guide
The Bioconductor project maintains a coding style guide that promotes good practices for package readability, and guides the review process for new package contributions.
In particular, encouraging a community of developers to respect a shared coding style guide facilitate contributions and bug fixes to existing packages from community members who may not have been involved in the initial package development, but recognize familiar coding patterns.
