• Replace subfunctions with scKirby funcs where possible.
• New func: run_gpt
  • Alternative approach to characterising each cluster (instead of TF-IDF. Asks chatGPT to summarise the cluster.
• Soft-deprecate seurat_pipeline and move to scKirby::process_seurat.
